I hand my Technika dishwasher TSDW14GG repaired due to error code 5 which is a sensor picking up moisture.The arrogant service agent told me to clean my dishwasher used our toilet and left me with a bill.The same error code 5 happened again recently I then googled how to fix it and found it is a water sensor when water is dried will reset by itself.
We engaged this company through our extended warranty provider for a heat pump dryer. The dryer was not drying properly and had an intense mildew smell.The dryer was collected and then returned. We were told there was no fault and we would be charged $140 for call out. We were adamant about the issue, but he kept saying no there is no issue. His official report declared no fault, and the warranty company is going on his “professional” opinion that the dryer is OK and dropping the case.We have since had the dryer inspected and have photographic evidence of damaged heat exchangers absolutely covered in mould and moisture, along with leaks in the base of the machine which should be dry. “No mould smell” he said. What we saw was beyond belief and more than confirmed the fault.If he had have actually inspected the dryer this would have been easily discovered. It was easy enough to see and smell through the main filter that opens to the heat exchange. But instead he simply “tested with various loads” and decided it was drying correctly. That was that.Very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism—and either blatant dishonesty or just incompetence with the dryer (in which case, honesty would have gone a long way too).I highly recommend going somewhere else for warranty claims or heat pump repairs.
Before he even arrived at our house tried to advise us may not be covered by warranty then when arrived kept banging the lid, put a load of coloured washing on with white jeans then said nothing wrong with machine tried to charge $110 wouldn’t leave house intimating my wife.Obviously a YouTube learnt repair guy DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Be aware if your retailers use this companyWe had a error code on our dishwasher , so had Coastal Washer and Dryer repairs come to fix it told us it was the drain blocked.Found him to be rude left us $100 bill for doing nothing , thanks for that! by the way use your own toilet next time.Rude and unprofessional!,

We had a problem with our dishwasher, phoned Coastal Washer and Dryer at 9.00am and Andrew was there at 11.30am , fitted a new water valve and fixed the problem. A very prompt and reliable service.

I called LG because our front loader washing machine was leaking everywhere. It was 3 years old and 2 years out of warranty. They booked in Coastal Washer and Dryer Repairs to come look at it in 3 days. After getting off the phone to them I rang Coastal directly. Instead of 3 days later they came over the very next morning. It couldn't be fixed on the spot so it was taken back to the workshop with a possible turnaround time of up to a week.It was fixed and returned the very next day free of charge. Awesome!
Cost me $200 to get a pump replaced that I later found out was not broken, which he should have up as he was emptying the machine. Prepare yourself for some Flat Earth crazy. Do not recommend
I telephoned Andrew some weeks problems with my Fisher $ Paykel dishwasher, yesterday I telephoned back and asked Andrew if he could fit my new one in. Great job, thank you under awkward circumstances Andrew, no more dishes in my sink, and lovely gentleman. Happy to have professional job done. Thank you Andrew.
